How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions along with the return address. -

Ship the Item
Send the package using a reliable, trackable shipping service. Keep proof of shipment for your records. -
Inspection & Processing
Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
